Tropical Pepper Co. Lite Coconut Milk
Tropical Pepper Company is happy to offer a lower fat version of our versatile coconut milk. Our Lite Coconut Milk has all of the same qualities and taste as our regular milk, but without the fat. It's terrific in a homemade curry sauce: cook it first over a reasonably high heat, until you begin to see it separate.
